It is truly a joy to wake up with Sophie in my life lately. I'm not saying it wasn't always, but it's an extra blessing lately. She's so wonderful in the morning. She has not only been sleeping through the night about half the time, but she is fun to listen to. She talks, chews on her hands, wiggles, and is full of smiles in the morning. When she wakes up, I let her lay there a bit so that I can listen and smile at her. I love listening to her talk! When she finally lets me know (by more yelling than talking) that she's hungry and ready to get up, I get the joy of being the first person she sees each morning, which she is good at rewarding me for.
